Fantastic, stylish and very personally furnished 5.5 room chalet in Graubünden style in the best location, view of the alpine panorama. The house is designed for a maximum of 6 people - ideal for a family as well as for 2 couples on holiday together. It is quietly situated in a dead-end street.
Nevertheless, it is only 80 metres from the garage to the bus stop, from where a free shuttle bus takes you to the valley station of the mountain railway in a few minutes.
From the ski slope you come back to the garage where you can leave your skis.
The piazza with shops, restaurants and bars is only a 10-minute walk away.
The house is fully south-west facing and has a garden, balcony and partially covered terrace.
THE CHALET
First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with master bed and access to the balcony, 1 bedroom with two bunk beds and another with a single bed and a desk - perfect for home office), plus a full bathroom and a separate toilet.
Ground floor: spacious living area in front of the fireplace, a large dining table, SAT-Tv, and DVD, CD and record player, a library and many board games. Here you will also find the kitchen equipped with new high-quality electrical appliances (fridge-freezer, cooker with large ceramic hob, dishwasher). microwave, espresso and coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Both the living area and the kitchen have access to the terrace and the garden.
Basement: a large room with a separate master bed, 2 sitting areas, satellite TV, DVD player and a private shower room. Here you will also find the laundry room with washing and drying machine.
Because of the separate sleeping area in the basement, the chalet is very suitable for a holiday with older children, au pair as well as for two couples
